How Vida Suya works
Vida Suya coordinates care. Clinical decisions belong to licensed clinicians, and dispensing belongs to a licensed pharmacy. Here is exactly what happens, and where each responsibility sits.

Check eligibility
You share your medical history, current medications, weight history and goals through a secure intake. Certain conditions — including personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and some GI conditions — mean a GLP-1 is not appropriate.

Clinician review
A clinician licensed in your state, from the LocumTele provider network, reviews your intake. They may request labs, records or a live video or phone visit. They decide independently whether treatment is appropriate. A membership never guarantees a prescription.

Pharmacy dispensing
If your clinician writes a prescription, it is sent to Rush Pharmacy, which dispenses and ships it in temperature-controlled packaging with tracking. Medication cost is billed by the pharmacy and is separate from your membership.

Ongoing support
You stay connected to your clinician for dose adjustments, side-effect management and progress check-ins, plus nutrition and movement guidance built for women balancing work, family and hormonal shifts.

What's not included
- The cost of any medication, which is billed by the pharmacy
