Vida Suya operates this website and a membership that coordinates access to clinician-guided weight care. Vida Suya is not a pharmacy, not a medical practice, and does not practice medicine or dispense medication. Medical services are provided by independently licensed clinicians in the LocumTele provider network. Medications, when prescribed, are prepared and dispensed by Rush Pharmacy.

You must be at least 18 years old, be physically located in one of the 49 states we serve at the time of your consultation, and provide accurate, complete information. We do not serve California. Withholding or falsifying health information can be dangerous and is grounds for termination of your membership.

Paying for a membership or completing an intake does not entitle you to a prescription, to a specific medication, or to a specific dose. Only a licensed clinician can decide whether treatment is appropriate, and a clinician may decline to prescribe. Weight-loss outcomes vary between individuals and are never guaranteed.

Membership fees pay for clinical evaluation, monitoring and support, and are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately by the pharmacy. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal; see the refund and cancellation policy.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. They are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient based on a valid prescription. Medication is dispensed to you personally; you may not resell, share, or transfer it to anyone else.

• Give complete, truthful health information and keep it current
• Follow your clinician's instructions and report side effects promptly
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Do not use the site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or access it improperly
• Do not use the site for medical emergencies — call 911 instead

The site, its content and the Vida Suya name and marks are owned by Vida Suya and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Site content is provided for general education and is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vida Suya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the membership, and our total liability will not exceed the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not apply to the professional liability of treating clinicians.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@vidasuya.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
