Shipping policy

We ship to residential and business addresses in the 49 states we serve. We do not serve California. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, and we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are only prepared after a licensed clinician has issued a valid prescription. The pharmacy typically fills and dispatches within 1–3 business days of receiving the prescription and payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipments travel by expedited carrier and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier delays and address issues can extend them.

Temperature-sensitive medication ships in insulated packaging with cold packs. Refrigerate your medication promptly on arrival and store it as directed on the label. If a package arrives warm, damaged or opened, do not use the contents — contact support@vidasuya.com the same day so the pharmacy can advise you.

You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging that does not identify the contents.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or the shipment is lost or damaged in transit, email support@vidasuya.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the pharmacy and the carrier on a replacement where appropriate. Deliveries that fail because of an incorrect address you provided may require a reshipment fee.

Standard shipping cost, if any, is displayed at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a package has been dispatched.
