Privacy policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This policy explains what information Vida Suya collects through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Health information created during clinical care is also covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
1. Who we are
Vida Suya is a health and wellness company that coordinates access to clinician-guided weight care. Vida Suya is not a pharmacy and not a medical practice. Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians in the LocumTele provider network, and medications, when clinically appropriate, are dispensed by Rush Pharmacy. Those parties maintain their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, state of residence, billing details processed by our payment processor, and the contents of messages you send us.
Health information: if you begin an intake, you provide health history, medications, allergies, height and weight and related answers. This information is collected on behalf of the treating clinician and is handled as protected health information.
Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps, collected through server logs and cookies.
3. How we use information
- To determine whether you may be eligible for the program in your state
- To route your intake to a licensed clinician for review
- To process membership payments and send order and shipping updates
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website
- To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with clinicians in the LocumTele provider network who evaluate and treat you; with Rush Pharmacy to prepare and ship a prescribed medication; with service providers such as hosting, payment processing, email and shipping carriers under contracts limiting their use of the data; and when required by law, subpoena, or to protect safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share health information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary to operate the site and limited analytics to understand how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function correctly if you do. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
6. Data security and retention
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy medical, tax and other legal retention requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a denial of a request. To exercise a right, email support@vidasuya.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time period required by law. Access to medical records held by your clinician is handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices.
8. Children
The program is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email support@vidasuya.com and we will delete it.
9. Marketing communications
With your consent we may send emails or text messages about your care and our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message, or reply STOP to text messages. Transactional messages about your order or care may still be sent.
10. Changes and contact
If we update this policy we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@vidasuya.com.
Questions? Email support@vidasuya.com. Please do not include medical details or health records in email — clinical information belongs in the secure patient portal.
